Lever ikke helt op til forventningerne

Vi var her fra 28.sept til 5.okt hvor Sunny Beach er ved at lukke ned for sæsonen. Maden på hotellet virkede mere som "Enkel All inclusive" og ikke som "Ultra All inclusive. Vi fik skiftet håndklæder 2 gange, men sengene blev ikke redt og der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset. Derudover havde vi et meget skævt toiletsæde og en defekt sengelampe. Men sengene var gode. Vil gerne komme tilbage til Sunny Beach men ikke til Hotel Blue Pearl

Godt ophold

Er lige kommet hjem efter en uge på MPM Blue Pearl. Hotellet er super til prisen, dog kunne badeværelset godt trange til at få lavet de sidste lister og finpudsning. Wifi var meget ustabilt, og flere dagen var der ingen internet, når det virker er det langsomt og virker kun i lobby/pool/resturanten områderne. Sengene er rimelige i forhold til hotel standart, dog var det dejligt at komme hjem til sin egen seng. Personalet er super flinke og gør hvad de kan for at give dig et godt ophold, der er underholdning i løbet af dagen på hotellet, dette var super fedt, da det gav lidt liv og aktivitet på hotellet! :-) Det meste af personalet snakker IKKE engelsk, men lobby og underholdningen snakker fint engelsk og er klar til at oversætte. Kan klart anbefale hotellet, specielt iforhold til de andre hoteller som der er i Sunny B

All inclusive sunny beach

Vi bodde på detta hotell 3 nätter. Läget på stranden var perfekt dock var var detta inte värt pengarna då samtliga måltider verkligen smakade vidrigt standarden var sämre än värsta tänkbara skolmatsal. Städningen av rummet var även under all kritik.

Hotel Blue Pearl supports agresive behaiver to kids

Good afternoon We (8 people) returned on June 29 from Bulgaria (we stayed at the Blue Pearl hotel in Sunny Beach). I would like to leave an extremely negative review about this hotel: And so our vacation was ruined by the hotel and their representatives: 1 . On the second day, I got poisoned and lay in my room for a day without food or water (since I couldn’t eat or drink anything). I note that I drank and ate only what was given at the hotel, I did not drink alcohol. 2. From day 2-3-RD everyone in our group (and that’s 8 people, including 3 children) had stomach pains or nausea or terrible heartburn, each with their own symptoms (some even started having terrible heartburn while eating). From the 5th day we could not go to hotels, but ate outside the territory in restaurants and our health immediately became better. 3. The hotel really has a wonderful location, right on the 1st line, BUT they don’t solve the issue with seagulls. Bird excrement is everywhere: on the hotel windows, on balconies, on sun umbrellas (no one washes it, literally!!) excrement even falls into the pool. Regarding the pool, on day 3 the children found a huge shard of glass in the pool (right at the bottom of the bottle and it was no longer sharp, that is, how long it had been there is unknown). By the way, the pool began to be cleaned after this incident. 4. On the 0th floor, the lobby and reception always smelled of sewage and unwashed toilets (worse than public toilets during concerts). On the 1st floor in the rooms (in the toilets) there was also a strong smell of sewage and the boiler was constantly not working (there was no hot water), we only realized later that the old wiring in the rooms was in disrepair and it could not cope with the load. I would say it is extremely unsafe to be there (since all this can happen at any moment). 5. Cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired, they won’t leave toilet paper, they’ll take away dirty towels but won’t leave clean ones, in principle there was no such thing as cleaning (just vacuum the floor or wash it) they started washing the floor only after we started leaving money for maid. 6. Well, and most importantly, the hotel supports open aggression towards children (and doing nothing, I regard as support). On the territory of the hotel, namely on the hotel’s playground, a hotel guest also approached my children (5 years old and 8 years old) said “f*ck off”, I quote the author. As soon as my children told me this (although we were 1-1.5 meters away from them behind a curtain in the restaurant), I went to the reception and conveyed all the information and asked to take some action or at least talk to this person about his behavior . To which the hotel representative did not act, and only after 2 or 3 reminders during the day on my part, a representative arrived (he did not introduce himself by name, but identified himself as the owner of this hotel). I once again conveyed all the information to this person, to which I received hidden aggression from him towards me... I was told why I called him so late at 22:00 in the evening (although I initially conveyed the information to the reception around 14:00-16 :00 p.m. In general, ^ the hotel owner^ made me understand that everything was ok and he couldn’t do anything and that we would sort it out ourselves or he would call the police and let them sort it out (but it sounded more like a threat to me), since I agreed that the police would come , but for some reason they didn’t call her... in this 10-minute conversation with this man, I felt not only an unwanted guest and but an extremely humiliated woman, since in his gestures and facial expressions one could feel hostility, disgust, and again, aggression. Probably so that I would definitely “get behind” him, he decided to mention to me that his children live in the USA and Spain (why this was said remains a mystery to me). Let me summarize: our conversation with him ended in nothing and the hotel did nothing to protect or simply support us after aggression from a guest. More precisely, they did: the next day we had departure and at about 11:00 and I checked out, and me and 2 minor children were denied permission to stay on the hotel premises and use the hotel services (transfer was scheduled for 16:15), or rather, they offered us to sit until 16:14 in the lobby and that’s it. After this last straw, I called the representative of Tez tour and asked for assistance (telling the backstory) and suddenly everything was decided over the phone. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disappointed

The check-in time is from 15:00, not from 14:00 as written everywhere( they changed after my conversation with front desk agent).We have small children, and this was very disappointing for us. In the restaurant, the lady who seems to be a manager made a problem because we went to get some soup for our 2-year-old girl 2 minutes before 13:00. Her name is Silvia Radeva. This is not polite, and a good manager should do everything to make guests happier, not cause a problem for being 2 minutes early. We are here now, but I will never come back to this hotel.The food is absolutely not delicious the service is bad, the cleanesse...i just can say that we have a sand on the floor for hole stay.
