Buon hotel

Hotel carino facile da raggiungere vicino alle piste da sci con viste panoramiche dalla veranda molto belle. Camere pulite e davvero silenziose ma (almeno per mia esperienza) non ci mettono gli asciugamani e vanno al risparmio con la carta igienica. Cena georgiana ,mancava quella internazionale, colazione invece internazionale . Ultimo appunto : verso le 6 di mattina qualcuno dell'hotel si mette a usare il trapano, senza parole. Posto però che merita una seconda possibilità

С первого дня приезда в " Гудаури инн " я ощутила тёплую и уютную атмосферу отеля. Персонал вежливый , приветливый , внимательный. С номера красивый вид на горы. Номер чистый и тёплый, есть все необходимое. Всем рекомендую. Зимой это просто сказка! ❄️❄️❄️

Scenic stay at Gudauri

Excellent location. It's not at higher elevation in Gudauri, but the hotel is located right at the edge of valley and gives some breath taking views of mountains. We stayed at Room No. 516, which has the best views - two balconies and both giving mountain and valley views. The beds (mattress) were firm and gave us sound sleep. Unfortunately, there was construction work and sound disturbance as the hotel is adding 3rd building (expanding the hotel). The breakfast and food was great. The hotel staff was very good and always ready to help. They make sure that the guests are having good times. The hotel do offer sight seeing services; we did not take it as we already had decided our tour plan. SPAR is just 5 mins away to grab some stuff. We stayed here for 2 nights and had really good time.

Select this lodge if you want to spoil your vacation.

First and foremost, I want to reiterate that this establishment falls far short of being classified as a 4-star property; it is more accurately described as a 2-star lodge. Aside from its location, there are no positive aspects to mention about this property. On our first day at the hotel in Georgia, Mr. Mesho assisted us with our luggage. However, when I informed him that he could leave, he seemed to be expecting a tip and proceeded to repeatedly shout "yes, please" in an attempt to annoy us. It is regrettable that individuals like Mr. Mesho contribute to perpetuating stereotypes about Georgia and its hospitality. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, as the lighting in the rooms and washroom is extremely poor, making it unsuitable for makeup and hair styling. Furthermore, the pool table and foosball table lack necessary equipment, as the hotel informed us that some guests had lost it and they had failed to replace it. In addition to these issues, the breakfast is subpar with limited options for vegetarians, and to exacerbate matters, there is no toaster available for the bread. Overall, if you wish to ruin your vacation, I recommend avoiding this lodge managed by impolite individuals.

Terrible because of one incident.

I stayed at the Gudauri Inn, a four-star hotel in Georgia, on February 26, 2024. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the ski resort and other attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, I had a disappointing experience with the reception manager, who was rude and unprofessional. She had a bad attitude from the beginning and did not handle my complaint properly. I ordered three margherita pizzas from the hotel restaurant, but one of them had a burnt base and was inedible. I returned it, but they refused to replace it or refund me because the kitchen was closed. The next morning, I asked the reception manager about it, but she was sarcastic and dismissive. She said, “Sorry, your pizza was burnt and we could not do anything about it.” I felt insulted and frustrated by her response. The rest of the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, but the reception manager ruined my impression of the hotel. I think she needs to improve her customer service skills and learn how to deal with complaints in a respectful and professional manner. Overall, I would rate the hotel 1 out of 5 stars. It has a lot of potential, but it needs to work on its management and communication. I hope they can address these issues and provide a better service to their guests in the future.
