Peaceful and quiet property in a good location.

Akis and his parents want the guests to look after the property so his instructions on how to open doors, windows, shower before entering the pool, etc are well meaning and not to be seen as overpowering instructions. Apart from that I think these studios are hard to beat for a very good holiday. Location is very good, up a side lane and an easy 10 minute stroll downhill, not at all steep, to the beaches. Many tavernas close by as are supermarkets. The pool area is excellent and was quiet every day of our visit. The ladies who clean everything and everywhere every day did a great job, cleanest place I have ever visited. If I visit Parga again I would choose Akis studios.

Excellent

Spotless apartments, lovely pool, excellently maintained grounds. 10 mins to harbour, bakery just down the road, walkable at night, we saw fireflies!. Family on site in case of problems, can't do enough for customers. we had s lovely couple of weeks.

Our review on akis studios parga

Just spent 2 weeks in akis studios, and all I can say it was just heaven, had one of the best holidays we've ever had. The family run establishment, mum dad and son Akis, run one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, and the swimming pool was immaculate, ( it's Akis,s pride and joy). And met some lovely people who return year after year, and we now hope to join them, and his mum is a diamond, and we loved every minute x

Fantastic stay

We stayed at the Akis studios for 2 weeks from 27/7-10/8 and had a fantastic time. Apartments were immaculate as were all of the public areas and Akis and his parents could not have been more accommodating. The swimming pool was the cleanest we have ever seen and the staff work incredibly hard 7 days a week to maintain the standards. Parga itself was beautiful but very busy! Would 100% return but definitely out of peak season!

Akis, you are a one off

We had room 7, on 2nd floor and with forethought I should have asked for a lower floor as there was a few steps and I have an arthritic knee. I managed up and down, and the rooms are very roomy, extremely clean and well maintained. The afternoon sun just shines into your room and in August it's HOT, but there is aircon which you pay 10 euro a day for. The pool is so well kept and due to being VERY busy on the beach we stayed round the pool every day. Akis has a bar and when the shutters are up he serves, there is no food option. His mother Elanie was about everyday and if you needed anything just ask either of them. I would recommend staying at Akis due to Akis and the position of the apartments across the road from Dokos restaurant and easy access to the town centre. Also his two ladies that are in every day cleaning are amazing.
