Conforto e simpatia em Santorini

Um hotel com muito charme, acolhedor, funcionários extremamente gentis e simpáticos. Jantamos no hotel algumas noites, comida ótima. Minha suíte tinha vista para o por do sol. Piscina ampla, café da manhã muito bom. Uma experiência incrível!

Maravilloso Santorini

Un viaje en familia muy divertido, el hotel es muy lindo, las instalaciones muy limpias y comodas, la pasamos muy bien. El room service delicicioso y el desayuno variado. El personal muy amable y atento La vista desde nuestra habitaciones era muy buena Estacionamiento fácil de ubicar y muy seguro Gracias a todos, la pasamos incredible

Malo

Lo único bueno de este hotel es el personal de bar, mozos, el guardavidas y el barman. El resto MALÍSIMO, no se quien los calificó como un 5 estrellas. Son 3 estrellas con suerte. Desayuno pobre, sin fruta fresca. Y la ensalada de frutas era de lata, un espanto. Las habitaciones tienen olor a humedad y pésimo mantenimiento, espejos con manchas de humedad, toallones con olor feo. Bañera tapada y no drenaba el agua. Limpieza pésima pelos de las Mucama o huéspedes anteriores en batas, almohadas, piso, bañera. Pedimos 3 veces el cambio de habitación y todo es malo. El black out no existe es corto y están rotos. El wi fi NO FUNCIONA. Está muy muy lejos de la playa y tiene vista al mar porque está en una parte alta de la isla. Si te gusta la playa ese te NO es el lugar. El 50% de las habitaciones dan a la principal calle de acceso a Thira, centro importante de la isla o sea que ves el mar pero hay un ruido tremendo por el tráfico permanente que circula. Del personal lo peor fueron las recepcionistas, cero empatía y malos tratos. Gracias a la mánager que se ocupó para que la pasemos mejor no nos fuimos del hotel.

One of the best hotels in Greece.

The hotel was very beautiful and definitely a 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a complementary transport to and from the port which was very convenient. The staff all took care of our son’s dietary requirements. Adi at the restaurant was very helpful and remembered our food preferences. The staff at the reception were welcoming and provided accurate guidance for visiting places in Santorini. They also gave complimentary vouchers for the treatment which was a pleasant surprise ! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will have no issue in booking it again. SD

Service was excellent

Really cannot fault this hotel in any way. From the day I arrived I was warmly welcomed by the staff and manager. Everything I required assistance with-was explained. When I needed to book transportation,everything was sorted seamlessly. I had such a good experience being a solo female traveller- especially coming from another hotel in mykonos where the service was terrible. Breakfast was excellent-massive variety. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Pool area and bar service was excellent. Very friendly staff and lifeguard. Service was really really on point. The highlight for me was the day I was checking out,my flight was only till late that afternoon. My luggage was safely stored and I was provided with a courtesy room to shower and change and get ready for my 3 long flights. The location was also excellent. Walking distance to fira town Highly recommended!!!
