Incrível!!! Zero defeitos

O hotel é simplesmente incrível! Um super atendimento desde o check in até o check out. Quarto super espaçoso, a cama mais confortável que eu já dormi. Café da manhã feito através do Menu faz com que todos os pedidos tenham um toque a mais de individualidade e capricho. Garçons extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. O amanhecer na academia é algo surreal, uma vista ampla para Doha. Hotel oferece água em todos os ambientes comuns. O lobby é incrível com mtas flores, musica agradável (aliás em todo hotel). Restaurantes e mtas poltronas. Rápido acesso o Uber e táxi. Enfim foi uma experiência única me hospedar no hotel e com certeza vou indicar a todos que foram a Doha!

الفندق جداً فخم وراقي وتعامل الموظفين ارقى ولن تكون اخر مره اسكن فيه تجربه فريدة ورائعه وراقيه وتعامل الموظفين مريح وعلى مستوى عالي من الدقه والاهتمام وقد قمنا حفل زواج اخي في هذا الفندق وكانوا جداً متعاونين الموظفين في تلبية احتياجاتنا للزواج والترتيب والغرف . انصح بالاقامه فيه للاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالرافهيه والهدوء

The service and hospitality was great

The treatment from the stuff was a new experience for me in care hospitality, the lobby was very classy and huge, the seaview room was magnificent and insured everything was so comfortable and beautiful

Excellent table service from Mr. Kaylin at Millie's Lounge

I stayed at the Ned for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel is very modernly decorated, and room and other amenities were all top notch setup. What impressed me most was the service I received from Mr Kaylin at the Millie's, where I had breakfast every day. Mr Kaylin served me for the last two days. By the second day he could greet me by my name and asked if I wanted the same coffee I had the day before. When I ordered food, he recommended additionals that would go well with my choice and suggested he can ask the kitchen to make a smaller portion for me to just try it (contrary to the other kitchen in the hotel who told me set menu meals are pre-prepared and they can't server me a smaller portion). He even brought me a short of energy juice to try it out when I didn't order one. To be honest I wasn't expecting much of a service for a breakfast but I was pleasantly surprised. I'd highly recommend dining at the Millie's, Mr Kaylin might be there and will just serve you as he did me.

Amazing stay!

We had the most amazing stay at the Ned. The whole team made everything really personalised for our anniversary. Two big stand outs: 1. Breakfast - we were served by Kaylin, he was amazing, one of the best waiters we have ever had. He was professional but chatty and got to know us, he then brought us a surprise at the end of our breakfast to make our stay extra special. Thank you! 2. The gym/spa I went to a private mobility class and the instructor was great (didn't catch her name unfortunately). I also had a reflexology massage and the masseuse was very good, very attentive and professional. We also enjoyed our dinner at Cecconi’s and the pool area is beautiful. The whole hotel is so impressive and we just absolutely loved our time here. We got the staycation deal and it was worth every penny. The final thing is that the staff over customer experience email were so helpful and booked our reservations for us and even sorted out a free late check out for us, which made the trip even more special.
