Si tratta di un hotel che si dichiara essere 4 stelle abbastanza vicino al centro città e con una bella vista che si gode dalla terrazza al 7 piano: queste le sole note positive di questo hotel, il resto è un disastro. La camera cosiddetta deluxe ha un bagno piccolissimo insufficiente persino per una persona, dispone di un misero appendiabiti a vista con poche grucce che dovrebbe essere un armadio, nessun mobile come punto di appoggio e due poltrone inutili. Insonorizzazione inesistente: la prima notte non abbiamo chiuso occhio per via di una festa con musica altissima al 7 piano (noi al 3...) e le altre notti eravamo disturbati dal traffico della strada adiacente. Pulizia inqualificabile: mai cambiate le lenzuola in 4 notti, bicchieri e tazze del caffè riposte senza essere nè lavate nè cambiate, non commentiamo la pulizia della moquette a terra... La prima colazione è malamente disorganizzata sia per il buffet che per la distribuzione delle bevande calde, pochi prodotti di qualità e varietà sempre uguale. Ci sentiamo di suggerire di non soggiornare in questo albergo che per noi è stata una esperienza sgradevole.

Hotel de diseño con vistas

Hotel de diseño Muy comodo La habitacion es pequeña y no tiene armario, pero es agradable. Con vistas a la ciudad. El baño muy comodo El desayuno tiene sombras, la reposicion de la comida no es lo rapida que debia ser. El lugar del desayuno es buenisimo

Wow experience

Fabulous experience. Right from check in and the dining exp at the restaurant was excellent. Eka and David from the front office to Lisa at the restaurant made our visit a memorable and happy with a wow experience. The food choice for vegetarians was great and the quality was exquisite. Hats off to the management and Salome for delivering a world class hospitality service

The hotel was very nice and clean the breakfest was very nice and all the staffs were so friendly . The room was clean and spacious beds are comfortable. I love this hotel especially located near the meidan. I recommended to everyone visiting Tbilisi.
