Une apparence trompeuse

De « très bien », redescend vite à « bien «  Notre arrivée de nuit nous laisse penser que ce cinq étoiles va répondre à nos attentes. La chambre au très beau volume, s’avère finalement mal optimisée car manque réellement de rangements. L’insonorisation est franchement défaillante surtout avec des voisins au dessus de vous qui se déplacent on ne sait comment ! Le petit-déjeuner est bien sans être démesuré. Les extérieurs sont spacieux, matelas en nombre pour la faible fréquentation actuelle (3 piscines sur 2 niveaux ce qui disperse les utilisateurs). Le personnel de la réception est plus ou moins coopératif selon le client tout comme le personnel du petit déjeuner . Pour finir, l’hôtel est très bien situé car proche du centre. Un +++ au personnel de chambre, souriant, qui nous rend chaque jour une chambre parfaite. En conclusion, cet hôtel nous paraît surclassé et affichant un prix de nuitée très au-dessus de ce qu’il propose réellement.

Je recommande cet hôtel

Bel hôtel, bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de Fira. L’hôtesse à l’acceuil était très gentille et nous a proposé des activités et nous avons décidés de faire une sortie en catamaran et elle a tout organisé pour nous. Bon buffet du petit déjeuner, et bon menu pour les autres repas à la carte. Belle piscine avec chaise comfortable (attention aux marches dans la piscines) Nous avons apprécié nos 3 nuits à cet hôtel.

Bellissimo Hotel , ottima posizione , camere spaziose e pulite cibo eccezionale sia per colazione che per la cena . La struttura mostra in atmosfera rilassante ma invece poi soggiornando si scopre che non è così il problema principale è che nella piscina dove si trova il bar ristorante nessuno regola l’accesso ai bambini quindi ad una certa ora diventa una sorta di villaggio per bambini che urlano e schiamazzano con genitori e personale che non si interessa di nulla ed ecco che nel Pomeriggio mentre riposi su comodissimi lettini da mare improvvise urla disturbano il tuo relax inoltre mancano quelle accortezze di un hotel a 5 stelle direi più un 4 stelle super ad esempio le cialde Caffe non ci vengono messe a disposizione tutti i giorni , il personale è troppo giovane e poco attento , non penso di tornarci per una vacanza di coppia in totale relax la tendenza dell’hotel e quella di un villaggio turistico, molte camere si trovano sotto la piscina e quindi ogni mattino ci pensa la Signora delle pulizie a detta alla piscina a svegliarti , altre camere circondano la Piscina per i bambini impossibile riposare

Bellissimo Hotel a Fira

L’hotel è posizionato a breve distanza dal centro di Fira, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi; moderno, pulitissimo e tranquillo. Il personale alla reception e i camerieri sono gentilissimi, cortesi, sempre disponibili. La nostra camera era una suite ampia con vista piscina. Il ristorante è di altissimo livello, consiglio, soprattutto, le cene. Noi ci siamo trovate benissimo.

Overall excellent and you definitely won’t go hungry!

We stayed at the Orama Hotel and Spa for a week. Wide mix of guests but nothing rowdy. Hotel is a 10 minute walk out of the South end of Fira and is a great location away from the noise and bustle but with that in easy reach. Room was clean and well maintained. Not into full high season but no issue with getting a bed by any of the three pools. Food was excellent and we tended to order less (particularly at lunch) as week went on as portions so good. Staff all excellent and attentive. Fira itself similar to many Greek holiday destinations ie busy with lots of tourist shops/ hire places/ day trip options. Probably higher number of jewellers than normal. Lots of restaurants, generally with pretty good food but you will pay a small fortune if you want to eat with a view of the (understandably) magnificent sunset.
